1. Booking and Ticket Purchase

By purchasing a ticket or booking an experience with Clubnight Events, you agree to comply with these terms. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a confirmation email. It is the responsibility of the booker to ensure all contact details and event selections are correct at the time of purchase. Tickets are generally non-refundable unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organisers. For some of our events, you may click a link and are presented with an external booking page, for example the venue’s own booking system – they will have their own terms for you to acknowledge.

2. Entry Requirements and Conduct

To maintain the high-energy, safe environment that defines the Clubnight experience, all guests must adhere to the venue’s entry policies. This includes:

  • Age Restrictions: Most events are 18+ or 21+; valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.

  • Dress Code: We curate a “built for the bold” atmosphere. Please check specific event details for dress code requirements.

  • Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose conduct is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or contrary to the spirit of the event. No refunds will be issued in such instances.

3. Event Changes and Cancellations

While we strive to deliver the exact lineup and experience advertised, Clubnight Events reserves the right to make changes to the DJ lineup, venue, or schedule due to circumstances beyond our control. In the rare event of a total cancellation, ticket holders will be offered a transfer to a future event or a full refund of the face value of the ticket. We are not liable for any personal travel or accommodation costs incurred.

4. Health, Safety, and Liability

By attending a Clubnight event, you acknowledge that you will be in an environment with loud music, immersive lighting, and large crowds. Guests attend at their own risk. Clubnight Events and our partners (including Q-Ball Media) are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal property. For boat parties and festival stages, additional safety briefings may be provided and must be followed strictly for your safety and the safety of others.

5. Photography and Filming

Clubnight is all about making memories. Please be aware that professional photographers and videographers will be capturing the event for promotional purposes. By entering the event, you consent to your image being used in our gallery, social media, and future marketing materials. If you do not wish to be filmed, please alert the camera team or a member of staff upon arrival.
